Today we’re making one of the favorites in our house, Vodka brined smoked salmon!
How to make the Brine:
2 Cups Vodka
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbspn of salt
1 Tbspn black pepper
Put inside a large container or ziplock bag, and brine for 6-8 Hours in the refrigerator
How to Cook:
Rinse brine off the salmon, and place on a grilling rack.
Run your pit at 200 to 225 degrees and give it a half hour to get up to temp.
Put salmon on the smoker and cook until internal temp of the salmon is 145 degrees (approx 2 hours).
